From Highway A1 Milan-Naples, get off at the Florence North exit and follow the directions for downtown. You'll reach the Fortezza da Basso. Take viale Lavagnini and continue towards piazza della Libertà . Via Cavour is your second right. Once you reach piazza San Marco, take via Cavour. Hotel La Venere is on your right at number 21.
