Description: The hotel Helvetia and Bristol is a magnificent urban palazzo in the centre of Florence, a short walk from the Duomo. Directions: From the A1 motorway exit at Firenze Certosa and follow directions for Florence Centre (approx 7 km). When you reach Piazzale di Porta Romana, go under the arch and travel along Via Romana and Via Maggio. Cross the River Arno by the Santa Trinità Bridge and continue along Via Tornabuoni to Piazzetta Antinori (newsagent on the left). At Piazzetta Antinori turn right, then right again in Via Vecchietti, then right again in Via Strozzi. The first road on the right is Via dei Pescioni, where you will find the Hotel Helvetia and Bristol. Garage parking available for hotel guests (reservation advised).Dall'autostrada A1 prendere l'uscita Firenze Certosa. Dopo l'uscita seguire la segnaletica verso Firenze centro (circa 7 km). Presso il Piazzale di Porta Romana, seguire Via Romana e Via Magio attraversando l'arco antico. Attraversare il fiume Arno all'altezza del ponte Santa Trinità e seguire via Tornabuoni fino a Piazzetta Antinori (sulla destra si può vedere un'edicola). A Piazzetta Antinori girare a destra, e dopo a destra in Via dei Vecchietti, e di nuovo a destra in Via Strozzi.
